Choose the Right Size for Your Space
Portable buildings typically follow these sizes. 12’ wide and 16’ wide portable buildings are measured eave to eave due to road permitting requirements, while 8’, 10’, and 14’ wide buildings are measured wall to wall. Each style has a price sheet that shows the sizes and relevant prices.
- 10ft Wide Utility Style Buildings: 10ft 2.5in wide wall to wall. Eaves stick out slightly. Height: 11ft 2in.
- 12ft Wide Utility Style Buildings: 11ft 4.5in wide wall to wall. Eaves stick out slightly. Height: 11ft 4.5in.
- 10ft Wide Lofted Barn: 10ft 2.5in wall to wall. Eaves stick out slightly. Height: 11ft 10.5in.
- 12ft Wide Lofted Barn: 11ft 4in wide. Eaves stick out slightly. Height: 11ft 10.5in.

Custom Shed Options
Designed to Fit Your Needs
Custom-building a shed costs the same as choosing one from our lot unless you add or subtract options. Choosing your own paint color or moving windows/doors incurs no extra charge. Use our 3D Builder to fully customize your shed’s size, color, and window/door placements.
Shed Completion Time
Fast and Efficient
Because we are building a shed just for you with your options, instead of modifying existing buildings, it typically takes 3-5 weeks to build and deliver your shed.
