Yes, 9 times out of 10! We use a specialized tool, The Mule, to safely deliver and place your shed even in tight spaces. Unsure? Send us a picture or schedule a site visit. We’ll make sure your shed fits perfectly!
Do I need to level the yard?
No need to stress! We handle all leveling with treated wood blocks—included with our free delivery and setup. If you’d like to prepare a pad, it’ll make things even easier, but it’s not required.
Do you put my portable building on blocks when you deliver it?
Absolutely! While our sheds are built with treated skids, if you prefer blocks, just have them ready at delivery. There’s no extra charge unless more than two blocks are required.
Do I need a permit for my shed?
Permits vary by location, so it’s up to you to check local regulations. We’re happy to provide guidance, but every county and subdivision has different rules.
What if my gate is too small to fit the shed?
Don’t worry! If the gate is too small, consider removing a section of the fence. Check our delivery guide for clearance requirements, or schedule a visit, and we’ll assess the space.
What’s the wind rating of your sheds?

Not at all! Our Urethane paint comes with a 10-year warranty against fading or peeling, and the Sherwin Williams paint lasts up to 25 years!
What is your interest rate?

Do I own the shed after payments are complete?
Yes! Once the balance is paid, the shed is all yours. You can also pay off early without any penalty.
